SENDING IMAGES TO US
(A guide to the best option for each product can be found on its description)
There are 4 simple ways to send your images over:
1 - Upload Images
- Available on products with up to 10 images
On products that use up to and including 10 images and 15mb in size, you can upload them to this section. This section can be found in the same area where you choose your canvas size. It's not available on products with over 10 images
2 - Direct Email
-Up to 10 images or up to 5mb in total size
To email your images over, please attach them to an email and forward onto the email address below.
3 - File Transfer -Best for over 10 images or over 5mb in total size
This is the best option to avoid the possibility of emails getting stuck due to size.

where you can attach and send all your images to us in one go for free! Once your images are attached, forward them onto the email below:
You are welcome to send all your images for your canvas to us via Facebook - Please note that Facebook may strip the quality of the images slightly this way.

There are 3 delivery options you can choose from
1 - Standard Delivery -
Our standard delivery is 2-5 working days, and we use My Hermes and UPS as our couriers. We give you full tracking details with both couriers.
2 - Express Delivery -
If you need your canvas more urgently, our Express Delivery option is your best bet. Once your canvas is complete it takes just 1-2 working days to arrive, depending on when the order is complete and ready to ship. Our couriers we use for this service are UPS and Parcelforce
3 - Free local delivery
Available for PO12, PO13, PO14, PO15 and PO16 Postcodes only
-Please allow time for design work, proofing and please also take note that orders placed outside of our usual working hours will effect when your canvas will be sent. Our usual office hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
COLLECTIONS - If required, collections can be arranged from Gosport, Hampshire. Please contact us first to arrange this as this is not an option you can choose in our Basket. If you live in any PO12 - PO16 postcode, complete your checkout as normal but contact us to arrange a collection time.
I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
What to expect once you have placed your order with us
- Please understand, our usual work hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (not including bank holidays) so all times stated below are to be used as a guide. We will always deal with each order at our earliest convenience
1 - Once payment has gone through
You will receive an email confirmation (to the email you provided when prompted in the basket) confirming all order details. We will also receive a copy of this so we know the specification of your canvas. Any payment details you may have used are not shared or stored with Super Canvas.
2 - Your Images
If you need to email your images over, this is the time to do it. We will confirm we have received them at our earliest convenience
3 - I ordered a Single Image Canvas/Photo product
If you have ordered a single image canvas, you need not do anymore. If there are any issues with the image you have sent, we will contact you. We aim to get your Canvas/Photo product printed within 2 working days
4 - I ordered a Multi Image Canvas
If it's a Multi Image Canvas you have purchased, we will send you a proof within 2 working days for approval. Once approved, your canvas will be printed, framed and shipped for the very next courier collection
5 - I ordered a Bespoke Canvas
If you have ordered a Bespoke Canvas, we will have a proof over to you within 2 working days. Please allow extra time at busy periods such as Christmas for Bespoke Canvases. Once approved, your Canvas will be printed, framed and shipped for the very next courier collection
